Congress president and United Progressive Alliance chief Sonia Gandhi is the world's third most powerful woman after US National Security Advisor Condoleezza Rice and Chinese Vice-premier Wu Yi, Forbes magazine said on Friday.
The pact envisages information sharing, cooperation amongst law enforcement agencies, cooperation in capacity building and in the prevention and suppression of the financing of terrorist acts.
